Love this bingo hall met loads of friends over the years we have a good laugh and all enjoy it so much especially when winning ha ha .

Went to mecca bingo on Sunday as I often do and despite not winning at bingo I still had a brilliant evening, and afterwards we stayed to play on the slots which is organised by a lovely lady called Janet who works very hard to make it a pleasant and fun time, with free complimentary food and drink, quizzes and free prize draws, and to my delight on Sunday evening I won the prize draw, it was as you can see in the picture a fabulous fluffy white throw, cushion, foot warmer and a Costa cup and saucer what more could you want on these cold winter evenings, I was delighted with my prize! Thank you to all mecca bingo staff and especially to Janet for all your hard work in making stay to play so enjoyable, thanks Janet your a star!!!

People are so inconsiderate of other players, yap yap yap at the bar, yap yap yap at tables DURING the bingo games.!! This means other players possibly loose where they are up to as they cant concentrate which is exactly what happened to me when I paid money to play but ended up leaving due to other people constantly talking because I missed several numbers so was no point in trying to play.!! How many times do people need to be shushed by other players and also the bingo caller and still don’t take the hint?! I’m a regular and it has seriously put me off going. Don’t get me wrong I’m all for people having a good time but just be quiet during the actual bingo game to be considerate of other people and then have a laugh etc during the breaks in between… or if you want to talk all the way through go to the F’in pub your in the wrong place playing bingo if all you want to do is yap through the game when others are actually playing and would appreciate the quiet! Spoils the game people being so inconsiderate 😒…, Think the bingo hall itself could do more to stop this happening by telling people to leave if they continue to be loud during the games as it ISN’T fair on other players putting up with it especially when they are getting shushed several times.!

Entrance was filthy and what's point with online sign up for you to get humiliated upon arrival with the technology they have they could have at least had an online scanner for your ID I wasted time and money to actually be bothered

Tom the main stage caller makes the evening enjoyable. No one comes close to being as good on the stage. The prize money is good for the price you pay. Website needs updating as you can't just go in and buy 6 or 9 tickets on the wizz boards like it shows. Food can take a while but a good selection and not a bad price. It can take a long time at the bar and book sales, I still think they need more staff. Can get a bit noisy in the bar area (staff and members) so tend to not sit near there.

I went here for my 18th birthday with the whole family to play bingo for the first time. Tom and all the team were very welcoming and made the experience such a joy. Thank you so much for a nice memorable night :)

I went to bingo today on the 8 January everything was going okay I ordered some dessert with nachos my nachos came first and it took a little bit for the ice cream and apple pie to come to our table when I asked a member of staff if my mum and dads order has been forgotten the person said to me it will come when it comes I did not How this person said this to me Are used to work in a Four star hotel and if I ever said that to a customer I would’ve lost my job so please make sure your staff are well trained with customer Service it was not up to standard

Go to this Bingo Hall regularly and the staff are always lovely and friendly. Reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the hall is often cold and have to sit with coat on. Also, some regular members seem to win all the time, probably because they are allowed to purchase up to £85 worth of tickets. I've seem one member win 8 times in one session. It spoils the enjoyment of the game when you are nowhere close to winning when they shout.
